Constitution

ARTICLE I

This Association shall be called:

TRANSPORTATION OF PORTLAND, INC

ARTICLE II

It shall be the object of this organization to:

  1. Promote and establish close and cooperative relationships between carriers and shippers.
  2. Provide a forum to promote greater knowledge of transportation, communication, and logistics for the Association members and their guests.
  3. Take a general interest in all transportation and logistics issues.
  4. Acknowledge and respond to our civic duties.
